Notice on the Use of the Digital Assistant Service (Smiles)
ATTICA S.A. HOLDINGS (Attica Group) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides the Digital Assistant (Smiles) (hereinafter, the "Service") as part of its business activities to offer users an informational service.
Through the Service, users receive immediate, real-time information about the Seasmiles Loyalty and Reward Program, as well as answers to questions specifically related to their Seasmiles registration, login to their account, redemption and/or calculation of Seasmiles points, as well as information about the new reward system. The Service is available in both Greek and English.
The Company informs users that the Service operates using Artificial Intelligence technology. Specifically, when using the Service, users interact with an Artificial Intelligence system that operates autonomously, generates responses, and makes recommendations based on the input data users provide during their message exchanges in order to receive information regarding the services of the Seasmiles Loyalty and Reward Program. To access information related to Seasmiles points, users may be asked to provide their date of birth and Seasmiles card number.
Users are advised not to enter personal data (e.g., full name, home address, etc.) or any access codes while using the Service. Questions submitted by users through the Service, as well as the relevant answers and submission timestamps (date and time), are retained in the Company’s systems for a period of eighteen (18) months for the purpose of evaluating and improving the functionality of the Service.
