You can confirm your email by logging into your account and then selecting "My profile --> Contact". Alternatively, you can call Seasmiles Customer Service on 210 8919800, Mon. - Fri. 09:00 - 17:00.
To access your account, you must log in with the same email address you used during your Seasmiles registration. If your email has been updated, please reach out to Seasmiles Customer Service at 210 8919800 (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00).
You may log in to your seasmiles.com account with either your Seasmiles card number or the email address used during your registration, provided that your email confirmation has been completed.
Connect to your account by using your Seasmiles card number and password. In case of a change of name or date of birth, please contact Seasmiles by email, attaching a copy of your ID card or passport. When your personal details have been updated, you will receive confirmation via email.
Log in to www.seasmiles.com and select “Forgot your Seasmiles number? Retrieve”. Fill in your personal data and verify your email. After the verification you will find your Seasmiles card number on your screen.

Log in to your personal account and select “My transactions”.
When you register online, you receive the digital Blue card by email, and you can print your physical card on board at the Seasmiles Kiosk.
To access your digital Seasmiles card on your device, log in to your account via the website and go to “MySeasmiles”. The digital card is available for all tiers: Blue, Silver, and Gold
If you are a Blue or Silver member, you can print your new biodegradable physical Seasmiles card on board at the Seasmiles Kiosks. Gold members receive their biodegradable physical Seasmiles card by post.
You can travel by presenting your digital Seasmiles card. Log into your account online, save your digital card, and use it to purchase tickets and shop on board. This applies to all tiers: Blue, Silver, and Gold.
The Seasmiles card is personal to the member, displaying their name and not transferable to third parties.
Transferring seasmiles to another member in any form is not permitted.
To qualify for an upgrade, you must accumulate 1,200 tier seasmiles within 18 consecutive months from your Seasmiles enrollment date.
You need to collect more than 4,800 tier seasmiles within 18 consecutive months from the date you were upgraded to the Silver Tier in order to reach the Gold Tier.
To remain a Silver Member, you must collect 800 or more tier seasmiles within 18 months from the date you entered the tier.
To remain a Gold Member, you must collect 1,200 or more tier seasmiles within 18 months from the date you entered the tier. If you do not reach the 1,200 tier seasmiles requirement, you will be downgraded to Silver or Blue, depending on the number of tier Seasmiles you have earned.

You can log in to your personal account at any time at www.seasmiles.com to check the tier seasmiles you’ve earned and see how many more you need to upgrade or maintain your tier.
Yes. Using the same credentials you use to log in to www.seasmiles.com, you can also access the Superfast Ferries, Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways, Anek Lines websites and seamore app, provided that your Seasmiles email has been verified.
