The seasmiles you collect can be redeemed for free or discounted tickets and services.
Yes, for your purchases aboard ships from bars, self-service, A La Carte restaurants and shops, at the ratio of €1 = 1 seasmile collected on the Seasmiles tier of your account.
seasmiles are divided into 2 categories: - Collection seasmiles, which you will be able to spend on free tickets or free services (e.g. meals at vessels’ A La Carte restaurants)- Tier seasmiles, which determine which of the 3 tiers of the programme you belong to.
Every time you travel on our ferries, you collect seasmiles from seat, cabin, and vehicle tickets. The seasmiles are added automatically to your account within 24 hours of your boarding.
Each time you travel, you earn tier seasmiles from tickets and from any purchases made onboard—bars, self‑service, à la carte restaurants, and shops.
Collection seasmiles are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited to your account.

You can earn seasmiles by purchasing your passenger and vehicle tickets, as well as by making purchases on board the ships.
The collection and tier seasmiles are calculated based on the distance travelled, the accommodation category, your Seasmiles tier, and any discount applied to the ticket. More information is available through the Seasmiles calculator here.
You earn 1 seasmile for every €1 spent on board.
To earn seasmiles from your ticket, make sure to enter your Seasmiles card number during the booking/purchase process. Please note that your Seasmiles card can be applied to only one vehicle per route.
Visit www.seasmiles.com, log in to your account, and select “Claim Seasmiles” to submit your request within 1 month of your travel date.Please note that you can submit only one request for a personal ticket and one car or motorcycle for the same route and date.To ensure the seasmiles are correctly credited, the name on the ticket must match the name on your Seasmiles account.
You can earn Seasmiles by making purchases at the bars, restaurants, and shops on board. To ensure the seasmiles are credited, you must present your Seasmiles card when placing your order and before the bill is issued in the vessel’s restaurants and bars.
The seasmiles you earn will appear in your account within 24 hours of your trip.
You can check your seasmiles balance anytime by logging in at www.seasmiles.com or by using the website’s digital assistant. You may also call +30 210 89 19 800 (option 2) for automated information. Onboard, simply visit a Seasmiles Kiosk or connect to the @sea portal for free from your mobile. Additionally, you can view your seasmiles balance at any time directly through the seamore app.
No, seasmiles are given only for tickets that the member has travelled with.
For every accommodation upgrade made on board, the corresponding seasmiles are credited to your account, reflecting the upgraded ticket category.
Collection seasmiles expire 24 months after the date they are earned.
Do I start earning seasmiles from the first ticket I purchase after joining the Seasmiles programme?
The first ticket you travel with after registration unlocks your ability to use ticket discounts and redeem seasmiles. This first ticket does not earn you any collection or tier seasmiles.You will begin earning seasmiles from all subsequent tickets.
You cannot earn seasmiles from group or package‑tour tickets.
You cannot earn seasmiles from freight or small‑package tickets.
If you have any discrepancies in your account activity, you need to submit your ticket stub and/or receipts to Seasmiles within 30 days of the transaction. After this period, the seasmiles cannot be credited.
In the event that seasmiles are not registered for technical reasons, you must contact us by sending the relevant receipt so that the seasmiles can be credited to your account, provided that the Seasmiles card number is indicated on the receipt.
