Certification Request
Certifications are issued by the company and are intended for all legitimate and lawful uses.
The certificate will be sent electronically to your email address in digital format (PDF), which you may save or print.
Travel Details Certificate: Issued upon completion of the relevant form.MAN Non-Usage Certificate: Issued upon completion of the relevant form.Itinerary Modification Certificate: Issued upon completion of the relevant form.Capacity Certificate: Issued upon completion of the relevant form.Sailing Ban / Strike Certificate: Issued by the local Port Authorities of departure.Fare Certificate: Issued by the local Central Port Agency of departure. The certificate is usually issued within 5 business days following the successful submission of the request.
When submitting your request, you will be asked to provide:• Passenger full name• Ticket or booking reference number• Travel date and itinerary• Proof of signature certified by a competent authority.
You can submit your experience through the “Certification Request” section by completing all required information in detail. According to current legislation, certificates are issued for itineraries that have been completed since 2018.
