Passengers traveling with Companion, Therapy, or Assistance animals must declare them during the reservation or ticket issuance process, so that they are recorded in the electronic reservation system and tickets can be issued. For the registration of animals, ticket issuance is mandatory, and the following details must be included on the ticket: Animal Health Booklet number or Passport number Animal identification (microchip) numberAnimal category (e.g. Companion, Therapy, Assistance)*Animal size (Large > 10 kg or Small ≤ 10 kg)
A Guide Dog Identity Card is required, confirming that the dog is certified as an Assistance Dog.
Yes. There are specially designed kennels located in a protected area from weather conditions.
The issuance of a ticket is not required.
Cats, dogs, and ferrets are considered companion animals.
You may remain with your pet in all open common areas and in the specially designated PET cabins.
You must declare the kennel during your booking process.
