Passengers traveling with Companion, Therapy, or Assistance animals must declare them during the reservation or ticket issuance process, so that they are recorded in the electronic reservation system and tickets can be issued. 

For the registration of animals, ticket issuance is mandatory, and the following details must be included on the ticket: 

• Animal Health Booklet number or Passport number 

• Animal identification (microchip) number

• Animal category (e.g. Companion, Therapy, Assistance)*

• Animal size (Large > 10 kg or Small ≤ 10 kg)
