What is the policy for issuing a gift voucher?
- The gift voucher ID can be used to redeem tickets on Superfast Ferries, Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways, and ANEK Lines. It cannot be used to transfer Seasmiles to another member.
- Each gift voucher code can be used for one ticket only.
- The value of the gift voucher (in seasmiles) must be equal to or greater than the amount required for ticket redemption.
- A gift voucher must be used in full; partial redemption is not possible. If its value exceeds the required seasmiles for a ticket, no remaining seasmiles are refunded.
- The gift voucher is valid for 12 months and cannot be cancelled. If it expires, the seasmiles used to create it are not returned.
