Where will I receive my seasmiles redemption discount ticket?
If you choose to redeem by telephone, your tickets will be issued and can be collected from any of the company’s central port offices. Simply present your Seasmiles card and your ID. Partner agencies are not able to process Seasmiles redemptions or issue Seasmiles‑discounted tickets. If you choose to redeem at one of the company’s central port agencies, you may pick up your ticket directly from that agency.
