What should I do if my physical Seasmiles card is lost or damaged?
In case your card is damaged, you can obtain a new Blue or Silver physical Seasmiles card on board at the Seasmiles Kiosks.
If you are a Gold member, please contact us to report the damage.
If your Seasmiles card of any tier is lost, you must contact us so we can issue a replacement under a new account.
