In order to implement important service changes, we are maintaining Seasmiles Loyalty Program of Blue Star Ferries, Superfast Ferries and Hellenic Seaways.
Due to infrastructure works, our system will be out of service between 30 November - 1 December 2021. In the meantime, you might experience hindrance when trying to operate a series of activities such as to register in the programme, to issue your Biocard on board, to complete an interaction via chatbot and more for the existing members, to log in to the membership account. Most important, members will not have any membership access data from any of our sales channels including our Port offices, Collaborating Agencies and Call Center.
We kindly request that you perform all your ticket purchases or any other transactions, such as registration to the programme or award ticket issuance, outside of the specified date range.
